Our pre end-of-year review service in Medway, Swale and Kent area support decision-making and provide stronger year-end results.
What is a pre end-of-year review?
Our pre end-of-year review service is a strategic process conducted before the official year-end to assess the company’s current position and identify opportunities for improvement while there’s still time to act within the financial year.
We carry out a pre end-of-year review that includes:
- reviewing financial performance to date, including revenue, profits, and cash flow
- evaluating progress against annual goals and targets, such as sales, customer acquisition, or operational improvements
- identifying any shortfalls or areas where targets may not be met, and developing corrective actions
- considering tax planning opportunities to optimize the company’s position before year-end
- assessing resource allocation, including staffing and capital investments, to ensure efficiency
- forecasting the remainder of the year and updating strategies to finish strong
What is the difference between the final year-end review and a pre end-of-year review?
Unlike the final year-end review, which summarises the entire year’s performance, the pre end-of-year review is proactive, allowing businesses to make adjustments on tax planning, profits, cash flow, and operational strategies before the books close.
